I am currently the Shift Supervisor over roughly 10 people for security in the Missile Defense Agency located on Schriever SFB. When our old manager was deployed, I was the next person in line, and stepped into the role easily. With my in depth knowledge of both the systems we work with, and the people using them, I have found great success in my current position, and plan on increasing efficiency, and well being in my workplace.

I was quickly promoted from Access Controller to Security Controller, which has a more back end role within the security ecosystem. During my time as a Security Controller, I watched cameras, managed access to classified rooms within our building, filled out Incident Reports, and dispatched people to check on incidents that occurred.

While working as an Access Controller, I was hand selected by my company to do security for the 2023 Multi National Missile Defense Conference in Hawaii. The event lasted 3 days, and my team ensured that no unauthorized items were allowed into the event. In addition to this, we helped set up, and tear down the equipment we used during the event.

After meeting someone who works for the MDA at First Friday, I was hired onto the team working at the Missile Defense Agency through Chenega as an Access Controller. During my time in this position, I worked the front desk, handled badges, and was very familiar with procedures such as security patrols, dealing with foreign representatives, and classified document handling.

During my time as a neurofeedback technician I administered care to patients I was assigned, based on the protocol decided by the doctor they were seeing. While conducting my work, I needed to comply with many regulations, the biggest being HIPPA. I used Microsoft Word and Excel every day, and was very comfortable using them to communicate with the rest of the team.

While working for the NCC, I lead a team of people in constructing a robust and reliable networking solution to implement for a CTF event put on at NCC. We were responsible for the entire process, from equipment sourcing, to cable construction, to network configuration. When the event happened, everything we had made functioned perfectly, and the event went off without a hitch.

While working as a lifeguard, I did many things, not just stare at the pool. I also handled chemical levels, assisted the front desk, and if needed, ensured medical care could be given properly, and in a timely manner. I worked at several locations, and learned the proper procedures for each to ensure our patrons safety.

During my summer internship at NCC I handled easier tasks around the building, consisting of assisting with networking, setting up computers, and reading emails. In addition, I was able to help teach a cyber-club we had for a week in how to use Linux, and basic cyber security.

While I was employed at Best Buy, I handled all customer service tasks. This consisted of managing orders, returning products, and helping wherever I was needed. In addition, I spent a good deal of time in warehouse, assisting with our inventory system and managing truck orders.
